How has your Monday been so far?

Following in the footsteps of @__sophia_harris__ recently, Iâve been making Monday a day where I think about what Iâm thankful for. Instead of hating on Monday because youâre back to work, think about why youâre thankful that it is Monday. It could be something youâre looking forward to or even just being thankful because youâve had a lovely restful weekend. But starting off your week negative isnât going to set you up for a good week.

I have read lots about the law of attraction and living for now. Basically, if you donât think positive you wonât attractive positive things. So if you wake up with a negative mindset thinking about how much youâre dreading the day then yeah you probably will end up with a day exactly like that. However, if you wake up with a positive mindset and attitude then you will attractive positivity too.

I think itâs hard, especially when you might have some negative people around you. But start today! Write down what youâre grateful for. Write down whatâs gone well for you today and what your goals are for this week. Look at each day as another opportunity to better yourself. Not just a day to struggle by! Have you had a positive day today? What are you truly grateful for? .
